I have a coupon code from my UK bank NatWest for receiving a free subscription to Malwarebytes. But when I go to purchase a subscription on the Malwarebytes website the is nowhere for me to enter the coupon number. I opened a ticket to get support 9 days ago but haven't received a response so far, even after sending a reminder. Can anyone advise me on what else I should do?

NatWest is indeed part of the Royal Bank of Scotland. My bank provided me with the same link you did. I used that to create an account. However, once I sign into this account and want to purchase a subscription I cannot use the coupon code anywhere. See my attached screenshot for the info from NatWest. Since this is a public forum I have redacted part of the coupon code.NatWest code for Malewarebytes.pdf

After logging in I select the 1 year subscription and enter my details. However, there is only the option to proceed to buy. Normally, I should be able to enter my code at this stage. This would reduce the final amount due. I have attached screenshots 1 to 3 to illustrate.

Unfortunately, The only email I got was an automated message signed by Jason Todd, Associate Director, Customer Support. However, the email does have the line "Add your reply above this line", which to me would indicate that you can reply to that email.

Sign in there, and you should be able to enter the coupon code. After you've done so, you can switch your account back to the new experience again via a button in a banner near the top of the page. (The old account interface doesn't have the switch in the same place.)

Thank you for trying to help. Unfortunately, your suggestion didn't work. I followed your instructions. After being logged out and then logging in again through I ended up on the page which does not have a space for entering the coupon code. I tried this several times after making sure I deleted the cookies. Every time it takes me to the beta site where the my "New Experience" switch is on ON again.

Thanks for that. This looks like how it should work. At step 5 a window appears with a filed for the coupon code. Unfortunately, this is exactly the step that is not working for me. I do not get that window, no matter what I try.

We've made a change to the account associated with the e-mail address in your support ticket. That should make sure that you're not seeing the "new experience" on your account. It may also be a good idea to clear cookies for malwarebytes.com in your browser, just to make sure those won't persist a setting. If you're using Safari, open Safari's preferences, click Privacy, then click Manage Website Data. Search for "malwarebytes.com" and remove those cookies.

We sent the last round of invitations this morning, and are now at capacity. Apple's TestFlight beta system imposes a strict limit on the number of testers. If you haven't received an invitation yet (be sure to check your Junk folder for a message from no_r...@email.apple.com), we are not currently able to send one.

However, there will probably be some people who will drop out, due to not having an iOS device with sufficient system requirements (iOS 11+), not understanding what they signed up for, etc. So not all hope is lost! We will invite more folks when and if we can.

Hi Thomas, I tried to get in to the program but apparently didn't get selected. It doesn't help that the email your company sent announcing the beta, included a link to a subdomain which isn't working: http://click.malwarebytes.com/?qs=ff21f37f3 . Is someone looking into your site and why that subdomain isn't working?

I signed up for the beta testing program for iOS and received an invite code. I downloaded Testflight and inserted the invite code and it does not work. Can you please send me another invite code and I will try it a second time? Thanks

It's a black eye for a company to send out emails that contain a dead link. The name of your sub-domain suggests it was a email click tracking for analytic purposes. Whomever built and set that system up, should have planned to keep it running, and possibly using it across your organization. Instead it looks like the company's site is constantly down. Maybe they learned their lesson about supporting a solution/application that they release...

However, Malwarebytes' premium software does all this plus it protects computers in real-time and blocks hacking and phishing attempts. Moreover, there's a mobile version of its software for Android devices and a business edition for small and large companies alike.

As your computing needs become more complex and diverse, the more powerful paid version will likely become a necessity. The first step towards harnessing this power and preventing computer viruses, hacked email accounts, and compromised networks is by grabbing a Malwarebytes discount or promo code from Groupon Coupons to save not just your money, but your computer, cell phone, and other devices.

There are a number of sites on the web that offer the Malwarebytes download, but you can access the same app securely and directly from www.malwarebytes.com - their own website. While there, you can also check out a slate of products and solutions for nearly every platform, including specs and pricing. There are also customer resources available to educate and inform on the breadth of Malwarebytes' offerings.

Malwarebytes believes its software is a computer owner's best bet against malware, but you don't have to take the company's word for it. Since the software was launched, it has received high praise from around the tech industry:
In 2014, PC Magazine said, "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0 remains our Editors' Choice for free, cleanup-only antivirus." Over at CNET, the editors have pegged the software with an Outstanding rating.
