Uns amigos meus (são Belgas e moram na Belga) têm uma casa (3 quartos, 200 m2) na Vale da Rasca a 7 km do centro de Setúbal. Eles não vão ter tempo este ano para lá estar, e querem arrendar a casa. Alguem está interesado? Também para ajuda-los com ideias de como arranjar o aluguer da casa.

Situated in the “Serra da Arrábida”, Vale da Rasca

 

 

 

Location

 

The house is situated on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Vale Da Rasca that is surrounded by the UNESCO World Heritage natural park “Serra da Arrábida”. The park is a great place for hiking or mountain biking or just enjoy the renowned scenery and seashores. The spacious 160 m2 terrace, partly covered with sun shades has been designed with the typical Portuguese “calçadas” giving it a Mediterranean gentle calmness. There are a number of precious beaches very easy accessible and at close proximity (Portinho, Galápos, Figuerinha, Albarquel – all within 4 miles). There are 2 golf terrains within a 10 miles distance and another 2 within a one-hour drive.

The house is of modern style and almost all facilities have been refurbished lately. The livable space of the house is approximately 200 m2. The American kitchen adjourns the living space. It would be easy to convert the rest room and bureau in another sleeping room. There is a parking space just in front of the house.
