Sending SMS Notification

So far, SP still works for me. ;-). So, if anybody is still using it, I have a question. I set up a rule that tests for location and time period. If the rule is triggered, it sends an SMS on the order of "I've arrived.". However, the rule keeps getting triggered as long as I'm in the same area and during the same time. Is there a way to make the rule only send the SMS once? I have a vague recollection I've seen this issue come up here before, but I haven't found the solution yet. Any suggestions?? Thanks.
