Screen Timeout bug when set to Never

I have the tablet set to Screen Timeout Never when USB is plugged in, The screen does not time out however it will dim the screen after 5 second.

But this only happens with the Never option. If I set it to timeout after 30 minutes, the screen will stay normal brightness the whole time.

Its only when choosing the Never option that it dim after 5 seconds.

I'd like Screen Timeout Never to keep the screen on normal brightness the whole time please ;)
