Spam Content attached to me Google Profile

Hi,

For the past 6 months there is spammy type content attached to my Goo profile.. when you hover over my picture this nonsense shows up:

"Aris isn't playing with the other kids She is playing all night long term care yt the best way to play with the other kids She is playing all night long term care of the most important thing is that the information contained in this email address and password for the first time in the UK and Ireland and the other day and night and I am a beautiful"

This is very strange, I would have never sent out an email or message with this content

I do not spam

I have never been to the UK or Ireland

I have no idea how this information has appeared under my profile

.. AND I cant seem to get rid of it

can someone help me get rid of it? Thanks
