If Notification Volume is set to 0, Phone will not ring.

This didn't used to be a problem and I'm not sure if it's ICS or SP updates causing it, but if I have the ringer volume set independently of the notification volume (which is at zero) so that my phone will ring for calls only, the ringer ends up set to a VERY low volume. I've missed two important calls and can't seem to figure out how to fix this.

Droid 4 running Android 4.0.4

Same thing happened to me. For me it's when I switched to an ICS build - Settings Profile no longer splits the ringer and notification volumes correctly... I am having to use another app to control my sound profiles even though I have purchased the full version of this one.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
