BBS Unlimited is the Evolution of wheel technology. Innovative and cutting-edge, the Unlimited wheel system is the ultimate solution in wheel fitment, providing unlimited fit, style, and value for nearly all vehicle platforms. Focused on lightweight performance and strength, our precision hub adapter system unlocks the fitment of a wheel to nearly all 5-lug vehicles, present or future.
Forging styles include bended spoke or straight spoke designs each available with optional back milling. Net shape forgings are also possible as are cast flow formed manufacturing methods where applicable. Please contact BBS Motorsport directly to determine which is best for your individual needs as each type has unique engineering and production requirements in addition to application coverage. Some popular applications may be on stock though race monoblocs are typically produced on an individual basis.
BBS Motorsport three piece wheels encompass diameters of 13" and 15"-19" in modular configurations using cast mag or forged aluminum centers combined with rim halves available in 1/2" increments. By combining the appropriate part number center with commonly stocked rim halves virtually any combination can be accommodated. All use the BBS gasket system for immediate use and field repair.
If you're an IMCA hobby stock or street stock racer, Bassett's collection of DOT-approved racing wheels are for you. They feature the same quality CNC Spun Form construction and high strength of our NASCAR SFI 35.2 certified wheel. Bassett DOT wheels are also the lightest on the market.
Since the wheels conform to the DOT specifications, they are legal for the street! When outfitting your car or truck with custom wheels, don't settle for lower quality knock-offs. Bassett Racing Wheels are race track tough.
ATTENTION: Bassett Racing Wheels are lug-centric, which means the wheel is constructed and trued off of the bolt circle. DO NOT USE HUB RINGS or attempt to balance wheels off the hub bore. Visit the Bassett Racing Wheel FAQ page for directions on locating a tire shop that can correctly balance a lug centric wheel.

The Great American Wheel Race route will utilize as many rail trails, which can be gravel or paved, as possible. Where there is no rail trail, the route will link to lesser-trafficked paved and gravel roads. The goal is to separate riders from vehicle traffic as much as possible.
The other unique aspect of the race is its relatively gentle grade. Unlike say, the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, which tackles over 200,000-feet of vert over 2,750 miles, the Great American Wheel Race takes in about 111,000 over the 3,600 miles. This is due to the nature of rail trails, which tend not to exceed three percent.
Like other marquee bikepacking races, the Great American Wheel Race is self-supported, which means that riders must carry what they need and utilize services that are available to everyone else in the race. If a rider leaves the route to resupply, fix mechanical issues, or for lodging they must return to the point of departure from the route to restart the ride.
