Im adding a video showing it happening, the part when it's black is the unlock (biometric), and when I'm tapping around it's because the biometric has already succeeded but I can't do anything but hit the back button.

Thank you for reporting the issue and I'm sorry for the disruption to you as well. So that I can confirm that you're affected by the same issue that is being discussed in this thread, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

Thank you for sending in the diagnostics reports. I see that the team was able to review the diagnostics reports and identify a known issue. Hopefully our development team is able to include a fix for the issue in a future update soon.

I also sent in a diagnostic. This has been happening to me for months - is there any progress on narrowing this down? I also recently updated to Android 15 Beta 3 and that did not resolve the issue, unfortunately.

@mackid1993 I got a reply from support that it's fixed in beta and will roll out to stable at some point. I was also suggested a temporary workaround is to clear my app data (careful - ensure any recent changes have synced to the cloud and that you have your emergency kit or another logged in device available before you clear data or you won't be able to log in again).

It looks like there was a couple of ways to get yourself into this situation and one of the latest releases (yesterday) should have helped. There are a couple of edge cases that continue to be worked on. Stay vigilant and let us know if you happen to experience the issue again.

That seems to suggest that wiping the app and fresh installing should solve it. Are there any ways one can get back into the broken state that are easy to do, or are they things like "upgrade the OS" or "migrate the app data from an old phone"?

No, there are no sure fire ways to get yourself into the situation that I am aware of. Apologies, I had gone off of a comment in our tracker that seems to mention two similar paths which may or may not be related. The current resolution the team issued may help. We're awaiting any feedback you and the other may have.

You can certainly reinstall if needed. Just take appropriate precautions and ensure you have your Secret Key and know your password. I would recommend continuing the conversation with the technical team if any issues are encountered. They may need new logs from you.

Just to let everyone who was encountering this issue know, the fix for this issue was released in the latest update to the 1Password for Android app, as mentioned in the release notes on the following link - -for-android-8.10.36

I'd like to unlock the seek bar after a learner views a slide, so that if they want to review it they can freely. I can't seem to figure out how to "hide" the seek bar with a hot spot so I can apply a trigger.

Thanks for letting us know how we can improve the player seekbar to work better for you courses. We have a feature request for: Read-Only seekbar with restricted navigation, but to give learners the option to drag the seekbar when a slide is revisited.

Please welcome the Conditional Seekbar in the Modern Player! You can use this new feature to prevent learners from skipping ahead until they've completed a slide. The seekbar is locked the first time learners view the slide. After that, they can drag the seekbar back and forth.

The Conditional Seekbar is an exclusive feature of the Modern Player and is not an option on the Classic Player. You'll have to select the options to allow drag or make the seekbar read-only. This article below provides details on how to use this in the Modern Player if you'd like!

That is frustrating. I have clients that have many course built in the classic player that I have heavily customized to match their branding but they require a conditional seekbar. The modern player albeit very nice is very restrictive when it comes to customizing the player. You would be surprised how many times i have had to switch to Captivate for a client just because of this feature request they have. I understand that the classic player is written in an older code base which I suspect is obsolete so asking for this player to get any updates is a stretch but could we go the other way and give us more customization options in the modern player? Colors. Button designs. etc?

I appreciate the additional insight into customizing the Modern Player. We have an active feature request for just that, and I'll be sure to add your thoughts to the report, as well as our team, particularly around the branding and conditional seekbar requests you receive!

The website iunlock.app claims to offer iCloud lock removal services for a fee of $1, with a guarantee of lifetime unlocking. However, there are several red flags and common characteristics of scam websites that should be considered:

7. **No Affiliation with Third-Party Software**: Claiming no affiliation with third-party software is another way to distance themselves from potential legal issues, but it also raises questions about the legitimacy of their service.

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > -devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

My wife has the same problem - this morning the A14 won't unlock, using fingerprint or PIN. Impossible to switch off or restart (both actions need PIN). We only set the phone up last night and know for sure what PIN we used but it won't recognise it. Holding down power button has no effect. I read that it might be possible to unlock using her Samsung account but unfortunately she doesn't know her password and the 'forgot password" function sends a code to her phone, which she can't unlock...

I have a similar problem . Purchased the phone last tuesday, since i have been using apps like Netflix, Disney and my local streaming apps got this problem . 3 times while wanting to use Netflix the phone just shut off en restarted. Now i see a error code on the streaming apps. But when i have tried them some time later when i want to use the phone my pin is not recognized . The only way i can get it on again is pushing the power button and volume down button at the same time. The phone restarts and then the pin is ok again. Chatted with customer support , they do not know anything about it . But i saw in my region 3 reactions of people on a review site and also on netflix reviews they have the same problem . My guess it is the android 13 version and the oneui 5.1 that is causing this problem .

I have contacted samsung about the problem , i can bring bring the phone to z service center , but i think i will wait ..they suggested to make an error report , did that . Maybe that will help , an expert wil look at the problem .

Same issue here. The only solution I found is to disable fingerprint unlock and remove the saved fingerprint. For what I ve tested, seems that this problems comes up anytime after the use of the fingerprint sensor.

I have exactly the same issue as the others describe here. I am 100% sure I am entering the correct unlock pattern but my phone does not let me unlock anymore. I had that already once but then I assumed I was wrong... I had no other option than to remotely reset my phone and setup again. Does anyone know if there's a solution without resetting?

Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is a method of delivering governmental benefits to recipients electronically. Louisiana uses magnetic stripe card technology. The card, which is referred to as the Louisiana Purchase Card enables recipients to access benefits at Point-of-Sale (POS) machines.

If you listed a physical address for your DSNAP EBT card, your card can take 3-5 Business Days for delivery. DSNAP cards are being delivered by U.S. Postal Service. Due to the heavy volume, the card may be delayed.

You can call LAHelpU from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., M-F, except on holidays. To speak with a customer service representative, select your language, then press option 6 and listen for the appropriate prompt. Tip: Call volumes are lightest in the first and last hours of the day.

If you send an email, provide your name as it appears in our records, your contact information, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. You should also include a brief description of your situation and reason for writing, as well as a descriptive subject line. Our staff will respond as quickly as possible, but they receive a great volume of requests. Please allow at least three or four business days for a response.

To activate your DSNAP EBT card, call the EBT customer service line at 1-888-997-1117, enter your 16-digit card number, and then listen for the option to select or reset your PIN. To set your PIN, you will need the last four digits of the Social Security number, date of birth and zip code for the mailing address of the Head of Household.

If the Head of Household did not provide a Social Security number during the DSNAP application process, the cardholder will need to call the LAHelpU Customer Service Center at 1-888-524-3578 to get the number needed to set the PIN and activate the DSNAP EBT card.

NOTE: If you have an EBT card for another program (such as P-EBT, or a card from an old or denied SNAP case), you must first enter the 16-digit card number from your DSNAP EBT card before setting your PIN. Otherwise, the system may pull up your P-EBT or old SNAP account instead of your DSNAP account.

If you listed a physical address for your EBT card, your card may take 3-5 Business Days for delivery. EBT cards are being delivered by U.S. Postal Service. Depending on your local postal service, the delivery time my vary.
