Provisional Certificate | Consolidated Marksheet | Refund of Caution Deposit

Guys,

I submitted the forms for Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Mark Sheet and Refund of Caution Deposit,

For Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Mark sheet :

1. Take a print out of the below form and fill it.
http://www.annauniv.edu/pdf/Notofication%202012.pdf

2. And take a photocopy of your UG degree certificate and have it attested by any Gazetted officer.

3. Submit them in Controller of Exam office (Behind the building where we got the books)

For Refund of Caution Deposit :

1. Take a print out of the below form and fill it.
http://cde.annauniv.edu/pdf/RCD.pdf

2. Take a print out of your Final Sem result.

3. Take them to CEG study center office (Above Canteen) and get the seal.

4. Then get the form signed by Hansa Madam.

5. Get a Envelope and enter your Name and Address, affix Rs 25 Stamp.

6. Enter your roll no and mobile no on top of the envelope.

7. Submit all of them in CDE office (Where you got the books)

Hi,

 

They said we will have to come and collect the PC and CM in study center 90 days from the date of submission, regarding Refund amount they will send the DD for Rs 5000 to your home address.

Hi All,

 

I haven't received any notification from anyone. I called and checked with CDE office and study center upon which they guided me through this process. We may receive official instructions from our co-ordinator shortly.
