Crucial feature missing - overwrite the current session with a saved one

Please, add the function to SWITCH sessions = overwriting the current session (current window) with a saved one. Since I'm using SB to save system resources on my low-end laptop, I rarely (if ever) want to run more than one session at a time so when I load a saved session (which opens in a new window) I'm usually immediately closing the current one - but it's really slow and inconvenient because of the system being busy with loading the saved session ON TOP of the current one.

As much as I already love SB, this feature would make it so much more useful!
