My Windows 11 PC just crashed and I lost all my sessions!!

My Windows 11 PC just crashed and I lost all my sessions!! I tried to see if there is anyway to laod them back, but all i found was some .ldb files that seem to have the record but i fail to find any tool to correctly read them. Please help! I lose work progress for almost 5 months!
