Saving all data from Session Buddy

I just had to reinstall Chrome, and it appears all my data from Session Buddy was lost - saved sessions, previous sessions, etc.
Is there anyway to save Session Buddy data such that a reinstall of the extension would bring up saved and previous sessions from the previous install?

You can back up your data prior to reinstalling, then restore it after the installation is complete.

Excellent! Thanks, had no idea there was a backup option. Would be great if it was automatic, but this will do.
