Trying to open session in new Chrome window hangs at about:blank page

Like my title says, I'm trying to reopen a session in a new Chrome window and Session Buddy does open a new Chrome window but the window is stuck on about:blank and it looks like none of my extensions load in this new window.

This is part of a ~500 tab session across 3 Chrome windows but trying to open one window with ~90 tabs results in the same problem.

Chrome Version 132.0.6834.32 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

Are you able to open an individual folder by double-clicking on it? Maybe try it on a minimum reproducible sample like a folder with a single link in it.

Can you post a screenshot of the console when this fails?

UPDATE:

This has been reported by another user that noticed it's related to Google app URLs. Based on what's currently known, this is a bug affecting Chrome Beta only.

A bug has been filed with Google and we'll be tracking its progress.
