I still have full access to my old computer.

As such, I take it that I just export my old sessions to removable media, then import on new machine, yes?

Where would I find exported sessions (ie c:/yadda/yadda....)?

Thanks so much!

Here's what you need to do:

Within Session Buddy, click the gear menu, then Export, then Backup file.

This will create a backup file with a name starting with "session_buddy_backup" in Chrome's downloads folder. Copy that file to your removable media.

You can then import this file to SB on the new computer via gear menu > Import

As a precaution, I would also copy the user data folder to your removable media. See details on locating that folder here: http://sessionbuddy.com/datafileLocation.htm

If import/export doesn't work as expected, you can restore from the backed-up user data folder as per the "Advanced Restore" section of the following instructions: http://www.sessionbuddy.com/processForPortingSessionBuddyData.htm

Thanks so much for the explicit help, I needed that!  Will try this over the weekend; all should be good!
