Please try to add a feature of saving backwards and forward tab history of an individual tab so that we preserve the tab history and never lose the history. I have found a previous conversation about this from 2017, hopefully there is a way and permission to do this these days

Unfortunately not possible yet, and probably never. There's been an open Chrome issue about it since 2013.
