How can I add a comment or "i" information icon to a saved Session?

I would love to add comments like the one shown at my cursor in the attached file, 

"This session contains some bookmarks related to session buddy that may come in handy."

to other saved sessions. 

The attached screenshot is a session automatically generated by installing Session Buddy. 

Apparently the author did something special here that is beyond me. 

I saved this session to a json file, and then examined it, but the comment is not saved for export. I thought I would manually edit the json file for other sessions and import them. 

Notice the "i" inside the circle, so it is "information"? Or it could be called a comment. If I make this a feature request, I would like to be able to comment individual tabs, since often the saved title of a web page really sucks as a description :)
