The "Install" button on the site doesn't work

The "Install" button on the site doesn't work, it does nothing. This is because since 2018-09-12 inline installation of Chrome extensions doesn't work, see https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/inline_faq for more details.

You can see that clicking on the button triggers an error: "enable-inline-install.js:10 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'install' of undefined". This is because latest Chrome has removed the chrome.webstore object. The button needs to be changed to redirect to the extension's Web Store page instead.
