Saved a session and lost it and ALL previous saved sessions

Hey everyone, I recently had 3 windows open with a number of tabs in each. I was running the program Ccleaner (on my macbook pro) and it closed Chrome 2x. the first time my tabs came back, the second time all of them were gone and ALL previously saved session buddy sessions were gone as well. Does anyone know if I can possibly restore these?
