Summary:
Text-mode import fails if url contains multiple hash symbols
Tested with text-mode import; Full system config in bottom

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open up the import tab. Input the following...
    testTitle
    https://google.com#hashWord1#hashWord2
    ...
    Error message it shown
Real-world Use Case:
Practically, this scenario does come up when you are using The Great Suspender extension, and are moving around the tabs controlled by it. e.g. ...

Removing the second hash allows for successful import.

Possible Fix:
I'm guessing a small change in RegEx/Parsing would solve this. It might not seem like a big issue, but for an average user, if this issue comes up, it would be hard to figure the root cause, and the above workaround.

I forgot to highlight that even though this was tested in text mode only, it likely applies for all varieties of import modes (csv, html et al).
