Limit History

I have it set to remember only the last 3 sessions (been set to this for over a month): http://i.imgur.com/2D1JdP2.png

But it no has 36 sessions in history: http://i.imgur.com/SJfebUQ.png

Am I missing something!?

The "3" here applies to what's shown by default (above the expand/collapse fold), not to what's recorded. There currently isn't a way to limit the number of sessions automatically recorded beyond turning off the feature completely.
