Missing databases folder on PC I haven't booted for months

I was following the instructions for migrating the v3 database, but when I looked in my Default Chrome folder, there was no databases folder.

Does that mean Chrome auto-deleted it? Or is there another place to look? Chrome was auto-upgraded to 128.x because the PC was shut down for some months. Am I too late?
