I cannot combine collections?

Combine should only be disabled if all selected collections are empty (which doesn't appear to be the case here) or any of them is still loading (can happen momentarily when collections are very large).

If the disabled state is persisting, I'll need more info to troubleshoot this. Eg, is it unique to these collections? still a problem after reload? any errors in the console?

Yes. I created one collection of my own (to export + close the browser - out of fear of poor restart + poor sb) - it would've allowed me to merge those two

I restarted the browser (as said), but they are still unmergeable.

"I have closed and re-open SB tab", but no change (... I know it's bs. But I don't want to "crash" the extension to force a restart)

I could even send you "the raw extension data" if you'd want - but you'd have to promise to keep them strictly confidential (and, ofc, we'd do it via some private upload)

I assume you're on v4.1.1 or higher?

Is the Combine button in the header also disabled?

To troubleshoot, try merging each collection with a different one to isolate the problem to a single collection. You can also experiment with cloning these collections.

You could also export these 2 collections as JSON, import them into a different SB instance (different profile) and see if the problem persists. If so, send the export to the support email (anything you share with support is always kept strictly confidential).
