Can't scroll settings

Settings will cancel when clicking outside the "window" on the settings page. I can't reach the "Save" button because the scrolling functionality is disabled. It does not display completely on my 1360x768 monitor.

Try clicking on the "Filter" tab of the settings dialog. 

This should shorten the height of the dialog enough to reach the "Save" button, which will save any changed settings across all tabs.

You can also drag to move the dialog by the title bar if that helps.
