Save Tab Group and Open Tabs by Queue

I really wish that this extension can also save Group Tab. Turns out Re;Grouping 2.7k+ tabs with 26 Groups every startup isn't really a fun or fast task to do. I really wish that this could be possible and would even consider to pay for it. If I donate some money could this be implemented? And how much would that be?
I really don't understand how or why but sometimes when I load the tabs they will sometimes do this very useful things where they actually load the whole tab first then move on to open the next one, much like a queue and sequence, this really help with better performance but it doesn't always done that. I really wish for it to be an actual feature, or at least a setting for delay of each tabs that being open.
