Lost all my sessios from 2 years for working at my master thesis.

Hi I've lost all my reasearch for over 2 years. I'm shooked. Unfortunately I am not able to use shadow copy and  system backup on Windows 7.

I found one database file (I had known name from guide) with recovery files tool from early September, 

but when I follow the instruction to restore session buddy to that state I got exception :

I think the restored file would be corrupted .I need so much help!

I am so depressed. There was a lot of work data related to master thesis and university.
