UNABLE to restore tabs from crashed instance, please help

Hi Team

My windows crashed and I really need the collections. Please please help me out here.

I have read the document multiple times, copied "chrome-extension_edacconmaakjimmfgnblocblbcdcpbko_0.indexeddb.leveldb" folder in new Chrome, changed the filename, but it didn't work.  

Please let me know how to restore it if I have v4.

To get a better understanding of your situation, please send the Session Buddy diagnostics to sup...@sessionbuddy.com and we can go from there:

Go to Settings > Other and click "Save diagnostics". This downloads the diagnostics file.
