Did session buddy auto-update on older Windows 7 and Chrome or Virus?

Hello, 

I have a quick question. On one of my older machines I was running session on a Windows 7 device. On this device I thought I had the last support version of Google Chrome and Session buddy. As my Session Buddy had a yellow banner stating for me to update to a new browser version, but seeing as I am on the final Windows 7 build of Chrome (official build) Beta 109.0.5414.74, I could not update. 

I leave my PC on to come back to a tab saying that session buddy has been update. I'm just wondering how this is possible if I didn't update my browser. Thank you.

Second to this situation, but everything seems there (except the number on extension icon had be simplified as "9+" if I have more (of course). Just same as system I have with newer support (Win10 + latest Chrome).

And, it seems because 4.0.3 change the requirement of Chrome down to the last Chrome version Win7 can update automatically, which is 109.

I see so it was a recent update by the dev. Thank you.

on my 109 version its not showing at all, but overall seems to be works fine. 
The annoying that is missing source link(when using CTRL+F), you need to navigate your mouse to be able check for source url of tab...

You can enable the counts badge in settings. 

2-line tab display will be re-added soon.
