Lost information on full hard drive

I lost all my saved tabs in Session Buddy. After some experimentation, I found that when the computer runs out of hard drive space, you run the risk of this happening. I don't know enough about the extension to know exactly what it is doing that can cause this to happen in this scenario, but is it possible to fix something like this?
