Suggestion - adding individul tabs into saved sessions

I usually only want to add individul tabs to saved sessions (and so far I haven't found easier way to do it than merging the saved session with the current one, deleting all the redundant tabs and unifying the windows, which is little tedious) - so I'd really appreciate one of these options:

1) Menu item (when you right click the "Window" in a saved session) "Add last active tab" - meaning it would add the tab from which you switched to the Session Buddy tab)
2) Even better (if it's possible) add the context menu item for either right clicking on a tab or into an empty space of an open page "Session Buddy > Add this page to saved session > [Saved sessions list]"
