Unable to manually import v3 database since Chromebooks don't allow access to profile directory

Hello! A few months ago I basically abandoned my Chromebook because I got a new PC laptop that was also small and light, but today I decided to power it up and get it updated. I didn't think of the v4 upgrade issue, unfortunately, so I didn't have an export of the v3 database on that laptop. Chromebooks only allow access to the Chrome profile directory if they're in developer mode, which mine isn't, and changing it into that mode would mean wiping my local profile files. Is there any way now to somehow upgrade those sessions to v4?

I've downloaded 3.6.9 and installed it as an unpacked extension after removing 4.x, but the extension icon was red and there were various other messages in Chrome that it was hitting errors; the main page and config page for it were just blank.

Chrome features that SB v3 relied on have been deprecated (one of the main reasons for the rewrite), so it won't run anymore on versions of Chrome newer than v118.

You'll need direct access to the v3 database file so you can drop it into the migration tool.
