Suggestion - split folder

Long time Session Buddy user here.  I'd like to be able to right click on a link in a folder, and cause the folder to split into 2 at that point.

This would be useful in helping to manage/organize tabs.  It would also be useful for folders containing a large number of tabs, where you might only want to open some of them.

Seems there is a Chrome extension https://split-tabs.com/ which can do something like this.  Haven't tried it; not sure whether it is the same as the one from way back when which did this and only this to the active Chrome window.
