Hi there,

I've just realized that it's not possible anymore to have some Tabs of Session Buddy Collections open within a window and saving this window as a new Collection. It always jumps to "This browser" (current Session) when reopening, so the reference is lost.

I've used this functionality quite a lot, to collect different Session Buddy Sessions/Collections. It was very easy and perfect to refer to old Sessions.

Is there any workaround?
I'm not to happy with copy/pasting the windows, since the reference (old Session with time/date) is lost.
Am I missing something?

Thanks!

To further elaborate:

As far as I remember in the old version all the Sessions had a defined URL. Which made it pretty easy to reference.
Also: Is there any way to restore these links? Or are they lost forever? Because I had a lot of these links saved externally or in combined Sessions. Would be a shame, if they were gone.

For the new version:
Some kind of permalink system would be great. To be again able to reference the Collections.
Another poster already made the suggestion to have Collections of Collections (like folders and subfolders). This would be great and kind of a solution to this problem.

Thanks.

This will be added in a forthcoming release and will be backwards compatible with your existing SB links.

Hi,

I lost all of my session windows, I only have one & it's not saving anything new. I just turned it off & on & we'll see that helps.

Did you not get a response to this message?

Is no one fixing anything?
