State of SessionBuddy tab is not refreshed

When did snapshots stop being generated?

Would you be able to do the following to help troubleshoot:

- in the browser, go to chrome://serviceworker-internals/

- search the page (ctrl+f or cmd+f) for "edacc" to find the entry for Session Buddy

- screenshot and send. it should look something like this:

- Saving a Collection in tab A does not appear in B

Session Buddy tabs currently don't sync state in real-time. Tab reload is required to see collections created in other tabs. This behavior is aligned with the way many web apps work, but we may add real-time sync at some point.
