Hello my lovelies.

So y'all may know by now that my mom works as a special ed diagnostician at Bryan Rudder High. If not, well... That's what she does. She's real important in the special ed department over there. 

Anyhoe. Rudder has A LOT of life skills kids (severely mentally retarded/ handicapped to wheelchairs), and she brought it up that it would be superduper awesome if they had some college kids come for a few hours during the week and volunteer with them. I've had the pleasure of working with life skills kids, and it's truly an awesome experience. It would be all volunteer, and I know some of y'all are in organizations that might need volunteer hours or whatnot, sooo this could be an opportunity for y'all!

If any of y'all would be interested, or any of your DG kids, let me know and she can get some more verification and information for me to pass to y'all.

Hello beautiful Tobackians who need volunteer hours! My mom finally got the life skills lady to get her some info, so here are your instructions if you want to volunteer with the life skills kids at Bryan Rudder!

1. Go to Bryan Rudder High and hit up the front office

2. Ask for Renee Turner, mention Tori Green (my mom) and volunteering and whatnot

3. Give them your TDL and SSN

4. They're gonna run a background check

5. Once you're cleared, you're good to go!

I hope y'all have fun. I've had the pleasure of meeting some of the kids and they're awesome. It's a great experience. You can even meet and work with my mom! She's kinda cool. Any more questions, just hit me up!
