subversion requires an OpenQA account

Hi,

If you are having trouble checking in with subversion, make sure you
have an account on the OpenQA site: http://openqa.org/sass/index.action

Sorry for requiring new accounts for each tool. The service used to
have a single-sign on, but that was broken by spammers.

So it looks like you need to create an identical account on OpenQA,
then we will link that to your svn account, an identical account for
JIRA, and one for Confluence (the wiki).

Those are the three tools we will use the most. I only use fisheye as
an anonymous browser to get a visual on the changelog:
http://svn.openqa.org/fisheye/browse/sessiontester
