ST Tools

OpenQA have a lot of tools we can use on our project. For now, these
are what we'll use for the most part:
- subversion (source control)
- Jira (for task and bug management)
- confluence wiki (for design ideas, documentation, help, howtos and
whatever else we would like to communicate)

We no longer have Clearspace, so we have replaced that with this and
the Session Tester user group on Google Groups. Some of the other
tools are there for convenience. I use Fisheye for example, just for a
visual on checkins.
