I got this tablet as a gift it is unlocked cause it's reading my country's sim, but when I went to set up a data plan with my network we could not get the dial pad it keep sending me to my at&t sync page. I don't want to sync I want to use the tablet as a separate phone. Please I am in the Caribbean and do not have a is account and I need to use this tablet here. Thanks for your help.

To access the Dialpad, open the main menu and select Dialpad. The dialpad is one of the options used to make audio or video calls. There are two buttons below the dial pad: Audio Call and Video Call.

Is there a way I can integrate PureCloud dialpad in my custom CRM? The homegrown CRM is based on Asp.NET platform and I would like the dialpad to be available in customer profile page. When the user uses the dial pad, I would like to capture the InteractionId for the call.

I have purchase a couple of themes from the Samsung store for my S20. The sample theme for the dialpad/phone does not work on my phone. Is there a setting that I am missing? I would like to apply the theme to my dial pad, too.

Just two days ago the dial pad on my phone stopped displaying. I call voicemail, but when it says "press 1" I can't!! I used to be able to press the number pad button and the dialpad would pop up, but now, nothing happens.

This is available as an add-on to F1, F3, E1, and E3 licenses and inclusive of E5. Once assigned, and the required number and voice routes are assigned, the user should be enabled for the Teams dialpad.

The area to enter a number as well as the dialpad are available on all subtabs of the phone interface. Keyboard and screen reader users can navigate between the numbers on the dialpad with the arrow keys once it is focused.

Quick question for the group, I have created and audit within the Tulip software and we have been running this on Windows based surface pros with no issues. The issue now is we cannot complete the audit on a Samsung tablet. The current hurdle is I have a numerical input widget within the app and i need to input a negative value to complete the audit. The problem is the Samsung tablet only displays the numerical number pad keyboard and there is not a negative symbol on the number pad and i cannot get the full keyboard option in this numerical field. Is this an issue that you have encountered in the past?

Thanks for the suggestion, I believe i will continue to search through the Samsung tablet to see if i can disable the numeric keypad. If i am not able to disable the keypad then i will look at adding logic for people on Samsung tablets to use the expression editor and people on Windows devices to enter the data as found.

Other than that, I have Actiontiles running on a Kindle Fire HD8+ with virtual switches for the arm/disarm modes and it works great! Everything is reflected realtime on the keypad and vice versa on the tablet.

The IMEI or MEID number for your phone or tablet acts as a unique identifier for that device. IMEI stands for "International Mobile Equipment Identity" and is used by T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless, and other carriers that use Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM). MEID stands for Mobile Equipment Identification and is used by Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, and other carriers that use the Code Switch Multiple Access (CDMA) system. No two devices will have the same IMEI or MEID, which makes it a very useful tool for tracking lost or stolen cell phones. This wikiHow article will teach you how to quickly retrieve and record your IMEI or MEID number in a variety of ways, depending on your device.

Dialpad lets you make calls, send messages, and collaborate in real time from anywhere - your desk phone, mobile phone and tablet. With Dialpad, you can manage all digital communication channels in a single app.

Although Dialpad responded within the same day of emailing them, the process for cancelling is confusing and a bit misleading. Since my account has now been successfully cancelled it is not easy for me to go back in and report in detail on the experience of cancelling, but I believe it involves finding the ******** options, clicking \"I would like to cancel\" and then having a chatbox open up. If it is not normal business hours and you say you would like to cancel, you are forwarded to another page that basically just instructs the user to email ********************** instructing them to cancel. The multi-step, unclear and ansychronous nature of this cancellation process benefits dialpad enormously because it makes it difficult for a customer who wants to cancel to cancel. It may not be easy for them to follow up to or even find emails in a timely manner.

If the instructions were to be something like \"email the code CANCEL to this email\" and that would result in a cancellation, then I think this flow might be appropriate, but the nature of cancellation involves a second, again asynchronous, confirmation. In my opinion this is too many obstacles for a user to discontinue service. What would be the most appropriate would be a method for cancelling without any human intervention, which I believe is a very reasonable expectation.
