Dear All,

this is to inform you that there will extra classes on following days:

1. 22nd September, 2012 from 6 pm - 7:30 pm (class exercise on how to design a service blueprint)

2. 6th October, 2012 from 11:00 pm - 1:00 pm (non mandatory)on Revenue management.
