Important: Extra Class on Service Blueprint and Revenue Management

Dear All,

As you are aware that there will be extra classes on Service Blueprinting (22nd September, 2012 from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm) and Revenue management (6th October, 2012 11 am - 1 pm). 

1. This is to inform you that attendance in both the above sessions is optional and will not be counted in your overall antecedence records.

2. Participation in service blueprinting exercise will however contribute to your evaluation of class participation.

3. Since you all have already attended the sessions on revenue management exercise, this session will not be considered in your CP evaluation. 

   The purpose of conducting an extra session on revenue management exercise is only to allow those  students who have not understood the exercise or have doubts regarding the same.

   Therefore, It will be assumed that those students who choose not to attend the above session are clear with the exercise. Requests for repeating this doubt clearing session (regarding the revenue management exercise) will not be entertained thereafter.
