Position: SD-WAN Engineer or SD-WAN Architect
Location : Dallas TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months
Roles & Responsibilities
· Analyzes, designs and develops technical solutions to customer reported problems and internally reported issues
· Helps L3 support and customers to solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity
· Replicate customer issues in the lab environment.
· Coordinate with OEMs to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
· Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature

Develop
, define and create best practices for Network
infrastructure and SDWAN design
· Setting up infrastructure.
· Create knowledge articles.
· Ability to write bash/python scripts
· Validate hot fixes and provide recommendations to operations team
