Job Title:  Network IT Engineer

Location:  Marietta, PA 17547

Duration : Contract (6+ Months)

 

1. Be SPOC for site projects for CAPEX Tech/Tech Infrastructure requests including reviewing the data center plan

1. Consolidate all Tech infrastructure needs with automation and project team

2. Coordinate with global Tech and OT (where needed) to rack, stack and configure switches and servers
3. Coordinate with various global product owners for best in class and  standard solution for other Tech solutions like Stenophone, Camera systems (as needed)
4. Maintain and drive the Tech and OT infrastructure deployment (this is not a PM only role), but a hands on delivery lead/Technical consultant/Solution architect role
5. Ensure the tech assets are installed with client and Marietta standards (Cabling management)
6. Plan and install Wifi network for the CAPEX projects, to ensure the Wifi (Aps, switches.. etc.) are installed to standard.
7. Asset deployment includes – Switches, Servers, IOT devices, Aps, WLCs,

1. Clear and crisp verbal and written communication skills
2. Very well organized, Self and project
3. Can think ahead and formulate a plan for installation and deployment of assets in consultation with product and service leads
4. Quick study
5. Act as consultant when needed, drawing from past experience and showcasing what great looks like
6. Motivated to ensure that all cables and IT assets are labeled correctly and documented by clients standards

 

Skills

1. Be able to easily read network and site layout drawings (Fiber, LAN/WAN)
2. Be able to rack, stack and troubleshoot switches and servers
3. The person will not need to configure switches or servers, but should have sufficient background knowledge to help troubleshoot the issues

 

Other notes:

1. This is not a PM only role, the person will spend a lot of time solutioning and planning design with the product teams, but will need to rack and stack devices in second half of year.
2. First part of the year will be spent lot planning, organizing and structuring got flawless execution. So looking for someone who can think and organize how execution will occur.
