Hello.
Unfortunately this is not possible, as the app is not designed to do so.
While I can't speak for ServiceM8, I can make some fairly safe assumptions based on other decisions they have made:
- The mobile app is designed for field tech use, and the desktop is designed for administration
- Looking at the schedule on the mobile app is focused around getting work done on a specific day, and you are limited by the screen real-estate.
- ServiceM8 likely sees looking at the calendar on a week or month view as more of an administrative workflow, and the screen real-estate of a handheld does not lend well to visualizing this data, and the development direction of the mobile app is contrary to this.
While there is not native way to do this, you can subscribe to each staff member's ServiceM8 Schedule (using the External Calendar add-on), where you can use your preferred calendar app to visualize the ServiceM8 Schedule, and see the data however your calendar app displays week or month views. There are some limits here, as most email/calendar platforms (ie Google and Microsoft) which you would like be using to "pull" this data from ServiceM8 do not request updates very often, leading to a lag of hours or days between having the most up-to-date scheduling data. While this might be a issue for some teams, it might not in your case.
Hope this helps!
