On the dispatch board how do we indicate that an employee is out sick, on vacation, or the whole staff has a holiday, etc.?

Great Question!

The best workflow for this is to have never-ending/completed Jobs titled/companied as "Vacation", "Sick", "Time-Off", "Holiday", etc.

Done correctly, you will always know which staff members are available to Book, and who is not.
