Job alerts

I noticed that currently people are given 5 min alerts before their next job via the ServiceM8 app.  Can we edit that to be 30 mins before their next job?  We want to be able to edit that as needed.

This is actually handled directly in the individual's device.




From the Settings app, scroll down till you find ServiceM8 down in the list.

In the lower half of the ServiceM8 Settings, there is a "REMINDERS" section, where you will find a "Jobs" option. 

Pressing this will provide a list of notification options for the next Job Booking. I would recommend setting to "Automatic based on Travel Time".
