Any chance we could have add'l choices of Staff Icons?
ServiceM8 could also improve it's description (use a picture?) of the various choices besides 'OPTION 1, OPTION 2, OPTION 3, OPTION 4, OPTION 5 which requires trial and error!!!

There is only the 5, and I would agree, I which they would have a more visual selection option. Until then, this should help!
