We use SM8 as a production and an onsite program.

What I want to do is combine the diaries of a number of people into one diary and then have that link into outlook.

any idea's?

Reason is that we colour code our jobs in SN* and each colour denotes the type of job.

The only way to do that I have found is to make a staff member by the job name and use the staff member of a different colour.

But then I have 7 or 8 calendars.

If you have a work gang of six or eight why would you give them all separate calendars with the same work schedule?
