How's the book coming?

Just wondering what the status of the book is. I'm very interested
specially in the last chapters ;-)

It's coming along. I stopped doing new material for a bit to make some
pretty heavy revisions to the first chapters. That just got all posted
last week. Completely new chapter 4 and 1-5 have been updated. More
new material should be going up in the coming months.
