Location: New York, NY, 10065
Interview : Telephonic + In-person required
Duration: 1+ Year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Produce high quality requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
•Evolve into a subject-matter expert for ServiceNow products.
•Collaborate with other departments and IT to develop business cases associated with new project requests.
•Work closely with IT key stakeholders to clear roadblocks and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
•Facilitate requirements sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resources.
•Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functions.
•Effectively manage multiple priorities.
Musts:
•Seeking a Business Process Analyst who has BUILT PROCESSES AROUND THE ServiceNow Tool---( NOT someone who was a USER or Client)
•Solid Documentation skill sets
•Someone who has built out processes for Service Now for and not limited to:
•User Guides
•Incident Management
•Strong in Excel, VISIO, PowerPoint
