Dear Fellow Rtr. Pradeep Ratna Shakya and
team,
Rotaract Club of Patan Darbar
Square.
I hear the new issues (6th and 7th) of Niva is
out in stand. Unlike past days and times, my mailbox of steel is still
empty. It's mouth wide open and is ready to engulf its diet.
This is what Niva is for its regular
readers/subscribers!!!
I have in my hand your 4th and 5th issue,
I like calling them: THE TWINs; as I find both so similar in
terms of layout and themes, and also, not to forget, the spirit that they carry!. Here I am
looking back the stories behind the pen and tales n toil on its ink.
"Life is ever changing because time doesnot
remain the same. Everthing has to be changed alongwith
time......." editor rightly justified the new
improved glittering look and added sections/columns in 4th issue.
Really! Layout is unique and readers' friendly- in terms of column break and
font size and its compaction.
The cover stories on your club installation
ceremony and first multicountry RYLA tell the tale of two events.
Installations are always special!... the wonderful moments that it
creates make it so!!..... and Niva, sharing all these, is really
exclusive!!!.... Your Participation in the Multi-Country RYLA hosted by
Rotary Club of Salt Lake City, Kolkata; and its thorough
rapport has helped readers to understand and experience
the International Spirit of Rotaract.
The avenue-wise project briefs are informative.
Great to know about the sucessfully completed programmes- Basketball Match
with Rotaract Mahabouddha, Matya and KrishnaJanmastami Celebration, Elocution on
Role of Youth, Bishankhu Narayan tree plantations and Interact Fund Raising
Programme. And equally awaiting is your
3-month long Computer Literacy Programme!
Your minute lateral columns featuring
participation, professional developments, gags and club service are unique.
I liked your newly started "messages" column wherein you fellow
simply put down words for others to read. This is influentially
expressive!!!
Through Columns like "District
Information", "District News" and "Rotaract News", you fellows have
come out the box and expanded your horizon. I sincerely appreciate
you fellow for this remarkable step. On this context, I
would like to see another, similar to these, say "column
rotara...@yahoogroups.com" or "column
serves...@googlegroups.com" wherein you extract informative news and
article that are posted in the listed groups and reprint them in your bulletins, so
that materials are read by those who dont have net access. THINK
A LITTLE!!!
The last page is INTERESTING!! It's the mix
of techno, graphics, fun facts, member of the month, acknowledgement
list and also weighty words!! Anyway great composition and sleek
compilation!!!
Last Words: Niva, the way you fellow titled "The Light", is really shiny
and shall always shine the Destiny of Rotaract Movement in
Nepal.
With Regards,
Rtr. Tonil Maharjan
