Dear Friends

 

Rotaract had given a wonderful platform for all the youths to develop their professional skills in different sector. Hence, utilizing this platform properly for professional development of youths of our society, it’s our great pleasure to inform you that we, Rotaract Club of Patan is organizing a training program on “Appreciative Inquiry for Leadership Development”.

 

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is about the cooperative search for the best in people, their organizations, and the relevant world around them.  In its broadest focus, it involves systematic discovery of what gives "life" to a living system when it is most alive, most effective and most constructively capable in economic, ecological, and human terms.  AI involves, in a central way, the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system's capacity to apprehend, anticipate, and heighten positive potential.

 

The main objective of the training program is to unleash the hidden power of positive dialogue and connectedness for positive transformation in various parts of our daily life. This program also beliefs to help generate commitment for a meaningful action and initiatives in various professional sectors for youths.

 

The detail of the program is as follows:

 

Date: 2^nd December 2006, Saturday

Time: 8 am to 5 pm

Venue: Wise-use House, (ECCA), Jwagal Kupondol, 5553870, 5550452

Registration Fee: Rs 150 for Rotaractors, Rs 200 for Others

Participation Criteria: Youths above 18 Yrs

 

Note: Please register your name by submitting the form within 29^th November for the confirmation of your participation in the training program.
